Donations Policies
Initial Donations or One-Time Transactions
When you decide you would like to donate to our cause, which we certainly appreciate. You, the Donator, may cancel the request to have the donation completed at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of the transaction as reflected on your billing receipt. To cancel, mail or deliver a signed and dated copy of a written notice of cancellation to Borrowed Time Equine Rescue
P.O. Box 6822, Fallon, Nevada 89406, prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of the initial transaction.
Recurring Transactions
A recurring transaction is defined as a transaction in which a cardholder authorizes a merchant to automatically charge his or her account number for the recurring Donations of the same amount the donor agreed to delivery each and every month for a 12 month period.
You must pay for your service by the first day of each billing cycle. Billing cycles are based upon when you initially signed up for donating. For instance, if you started your donation on the 15th of the month, your billing due date will be on the 15th of each month. If you pay by credit card, we will automatically bill your credit card on the billing cycle monthly anniversary date.
Cancellation of Recurring Transactions
Borrowed Time Equine Rescue reserves the right to cancel your service at any time. If we do cancel your Monthly Subscription, we will continue showing you as a Donor until any unused amounts that you have Donated to us. If we cancel your account because you have violated our usage policies, no refund will be paid.
You may cancel your recurring services by sending written notice at least thirty days prior to the first day of your next billing cycle. You may cancel your account by sending a written notice of cancellation to Borrowed Time Equine Rescue by email or mail. Written notice must include:
· Account name and email address
· Reason for cancellation
· Name of the primary contact
· A valid signature of the primary contact
Borrowed Time Equine Rescue does not offer refunds for prepaid months of Donations or partial months of Donations. If a credit is due to you from Borrowed Time Equine Rescue, a credit will be issued within one credit card billing cycle.
